Congratulation - you passed.

Enter Name and Student ID#:

Your EMTS Course Completion Certificate was not just handed to you but you earned it from our school. Be proud of it. You will realize in time what you truly achieved.  Your EMTS completion certificate will be issued once the  internship  paperwork is audited and added to your student file.

All passing students need to complete the on-line National Registry Application process.  A link will be posted on your student page within 48 hours.  You will need to create a National Registry file and pay your application and  testing fees.  Once this is done EMTS can confirm with National Registry you are good to test.  Once this is confirmed National Registry will update your on-line file with a letter/link to contact a testing site in the area.  Per NREMT policies the first exam attempt must be completed within 45 days of being eligible.  (place initial)

AHA CPR card:  Your CPR Cards will be attached to your EMTS course completion certificate which will be mailed to you once you turn in all internship paperwork.  (place initial)

Turning in of course papers (name tag, internship run sheets, hospital patient sheets, EMS patient run sheets, all evaluations you may still have, must be submitted before you can take the National Registry test.  Bring to Carrollton and personally turn them in once internship fire rotation is complete. If one thing is missing you cannot test. EMTS suggestion: DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO TURN IN PAPERS.   (place initial)

KEEP SHARP - Do not stop studying. Students will forget information for every day that passes.   (place initial)

Once again congratulations.  Thank you for using EMTS and our staff looks forward to working with you as a fellow EMS colleague.

Call if you have any questions. Good luck.  Joe and Tom
